Jon,
I have 110 houses in and around the Malvern area for sale at the moment.
The average price per house works out at £9:75 and takes me a week to complete.
All the work has been done by me for the past 4 years.
If you wanted more work than this i could make up about the same amount again in and around the Worcester area, again all serviced by me for at least 2 years.
 I could let you have upto about £2000 worth of work that should take no more than 3 weeks to complete, probably less.
Let me know your thoughts.
