Prochem pre-spray gold and rinse with fabric + fibre rinse, make sure you check all fixings before commencing clean, keep the moisture down and make sure you make plenty of vaccum passes.

how badly does it need cleaning, its it grafted or just in need of a freshen up?

M/S and a fresh water rinse is the safest way, or TLC and acid rinse

or my favourite.....

a scary mask and a loud voice, to scare the dirt out of the carpet... works for me :) :)

Hi
I use chemspec one clean traffic cleaner as pre spray with a rinse of one clean powder. you can mist over with a acid rinse as a final step.
if its a shrinker may not be able to pre spray.
look for danger!!!!
I have been cleaning carpets for 21yrs (19yrs with a franchise) and i am getting the best results i have ever got...
Good luck

psg pre spray and splash of formula 90 in tank works well for me with majority of wool carpets
