I've seen Bentley brushes in my local Homebase superstore (like B&Q but a bit downmaeket - same prices though!)
The brush I saw was £5.99.
Is this the brush that everybody modifies/adapts and talks about or is there a special brush that they make for wfp?
Any photos would be appreciated.

Its called the "Mercury" in Homebase but you will find them in asda woolworths ,wilko and some tescos .
Yep its the same brush but a bit pricey. Its a flocked brush which I think is v.poor or you could try a monofilament Addis from Focus.

Bentley in Tesco.
I have used this brush on low level and found it does not clean well and splays far to much. It is lite but IMO not up to the job of cleaning windows, good for brushing hair on salon floors. Do not know about high work as I didnt not even try.

alex g - it says on your site that the bentley brush was designed to be very light and to provide good glass cleaning with minimal pressure.
are you saying this brush was designed to be used by wfpers?

Yess WWW ! .......its the same floor brush.
Bentley are the biggest brush manuf. in the UK and also make most of the ones you see in pound shops...... and most major supermarket own named brands including the £1.44 ASDA/Wallmart .

The Bentley wasn't designed for wfp use (hardly any brushes have been) it just happens to be a cheap sweeping brush that does the job. Gardiners have simply jetted them and renamed them Superlights. In fairness, Gardiners are in the process of producing a brush specificaly for the job.
