Will you make my guide to posting pictures a sticky topic as so many people are having trouble doing it the new way.
I spent a good 30 mins doing it so I would appreciate it, thanks, Luke

I tend to agree with Luke, were missing out on some good photo's, so can you make it a sticky for the benefit of others.
-
Quite a few people have given up trying to post their pictures. Pictures are very important as they help users gain more knowledge by seeing things in "practical" rather than just talking about them in "theory". They are also great for newbies.....like I once was. And I can tell you now, I would have understood things alot better and quicker if there were more pictures, Luke

the only way it seems that we can ony upload pics direct from our pc, just testing with this pic
-
Jouk, check out my guide on the threads page, youll know how then, Luke

Moderators, are you going to reply!?!! :) Luke

If you use any link on here, remove the h ttp:// bit, that works for pictures, links, everything.
Yes we still need to have this sorted Admin, this is getting really bad, it's been like this for what? Months?

Whats the big problem with having to remove the HTTP bit at the beginning of a link...?
So it takes a couple of seconds to do......
Its not that difficult guys and makes typing an live weblink easier...

How many people don't know how to still? Besides, it's ridiculous, it's a bug in the forum, and nothing is done about it.
-
It might not be a bug....... just "bugging" to some people
Could be that Admin want it that way for some reason.... Especially if they haven't changed/fixed it for months.

Mr H

It is a bug, because the admin said he would look into it. If you've been on other forums you know exactly when something is a bug, or a wrong config file, these things do not happen normally.

I am also trying to get this answer direct from the forum software owners, security settings maybe blocking it totally I personally do not think it is a bug,
Mods have you thought of upgrading to the newer software available ?
