I am going over to wfp in the next few months , but I have had an avalanche of complaints from new custys having wfp ! What is the problem ? I am turning down work for underpriced work !

That does not make any sence, are you wfp now or not. how can people complain if you are not little confused on this m8tey

sorry , just got a few custys who were getting windows cleaned by wfp , and he was charging silly , underpriced work ! He missed the kitchen window and the bathroom ! The so called company has 6 vans in operation , and i met the worker who worked for him for 6 years , and he is going going solo ! He really abused his staff !

Just explain to the customer that there are 3 types of window cleaner, 1 that does it for beer money and stops when its cold, 2 a person that does not know how to use the equipment and stops or charges rip off prices to carry on 3 a professional window cleaner that charges a fair price for a good job.
This should sort that one out.
there are loads of wfp people that start and stop soon after because they dont know what they are doing think its magic water think they can do it quicker straight away when they cant. All give wfp a bad name same as port hole window cleaners and summer window cleaners.
Explain once do it, they will see for themselves.

I would agree with Windowwashers there are some pretty incompetent WFP users out there and yes they do seem to think it is magic water ( I like that expression).
A lot of them just don't know any better and its a shame because we all get a bad name. I picked up some new customers in a cul de sac last summer whose previous window cleaners were a pair of WFP guys in a brand new van all fitted out etc.
They did a terrible job apparantly, and I was really on trial the first time I cleaned those houses because the customers were unsure about the method. I wonder what happened to the two guys. They disappeared like so many do.

Good point ! Some people just go for the image . . . .posh van , uniform etc , but cant clean windows for toffee !

I just cannot imagine why you would stop cleaning windows especially if you have invested the amount of money we know a decent set-up costs...perhaps there is a good sideline in renting out turn-key wfp vans??? who knows.

I just point out to them that if a window cleaner using a squeegee did a bad job, they wouldn't blame his equipment.
