it comes in 1 liter and 4 liter tubs, id say purchase the 4 liter as this is what i used on my trafic which i no is bigger but you can never put too much down, dont think 1 liter will be enough.

4l tin, no thinners, make sure you wear gloves, sand down floor to give a key.

This stuff gets you as high as a kite, so either keep windows and doors open or get a headache.
when finished leave all windows doors open to let smell out lasts about a week.

Did I mention make sure you wear glove.
Mask up wear you want to paint to, use brush first to go round then bin it, if you get a kit rollors etc I found it far quicker to dip the whole roller in the tin nice thick coat used about half tin first coat waited a couple of hours and did another, saved about 3 inches in tin which went hard.

That was in a swb relay

Cant agree more with windowwashers, when i did mine i was as high as a kite after the 1st coat, leave for 24 hours then do 2nd coat, leave 72 hours before you put anything in back as to make sure is dry , you could even do a 3rd coat as you have smaller van, and also as windowashers said deffinatly wear gloves as i got it in certain places on skin and it took days to come off, and use marskin tape.

I gave mine a coat about a year ago and bits have rubbed off do you reckon it will be ok to give it another one over the top now or should i get it off and start again?

i think it says on the tin, that if the paint is dry you have to give it a rub over with some sand paper to give it a key.
so it should be fine.
ive just got another van, and ive put a couple of coats of protectacote on, but ive brought some rubber door matts, the ones with holes in, and cable tied them together to make a protective floor for the van so the paint doesnt get bashed about and chip.

I used Thompsons Roof Seal on my van ( painted onto the ply) after i had sealed all the gaps first with silicone, then put rubber matting from B and Q (£15) on the top to stop it from chipping.
