Cant remember how to set up call divert on the phone handset, is it *21* followed by the number ?

Think so yes. You'll know its worked because you'll get an intermittent dial tone once you've done it. Or you could just ring it to see

Yep.

*67* number # divert on busy   #67# to cancel
*61* number # divert on no reply   #61# to cancel
*#001# check which facilities are operating

It's hard to believe I've had Star Services for 18 years in July.  :o

On my BT line it's:
*21*number# to activate and
#21# to deactivate

I put my divert numbers, with codes, into the phones memory. That way I just hit two buttons 8)

It's easier and quicker to deactivate manually.

On our Virgin line is*70 the number and #
