were the best place to get public liability insuances which cover you for window cleaning ,
 gutter cleaning and handyman jobs etc
any help would be appreciated

Get a few quotes from gocompare.com - Go to the business section and then tradesmen insurance.

never found anything that beats blackfriars insurance yet  5 mil £120 a year

I know they cover for window cleaning and guttering as I have this, handy  I am guessing most cover.
