the person paying is paying from pettie cash so he wants a recipt will invoice do?

For small commercial customers who pay out of petty cash I just use a receipt book from WH Smith.

Be like rolf Harris and do a mbs in charcoal on top of the whsmith reciept pad !

As Andy said get a receipt book. You could also get a stamp with your details on to make it look better.
