Cant fault it

Did you design it yourself or did the printers do it?

Looks great! :)

Very nice pal, I'm glad your in Farnham, otherwise I would have been intimidated. ;D
-
Thanks for the comments guys :)
I designed it myself... I just wanted to keep it simple and to the point.

Ten out of ten.
Only bit i didn't like was t m e w. I'd have had one of those little pics for telephone etc ( to be honest i'm a bit stuck on the etc).
And maybe another pic on the back inset, possibly of your face(smiling), Andy whatnot propietor.
Still ten out of ten though.

Looks very clean nice design ;)
I will give a little food for thought:
the back maybe have your name and web address. maybe a pic
Thats not me knocking it because I like the design, just looks a little plain on the back compared to the great front.

Absolutely brilliant, the best leaflet I can ever remember seeing.

What I think Andy, ww, etc is that leaflets are really important. The standard and quality for the price is astonishing, so maybe we can afford to have more than one leaflet for different marketing aspects.
My all singing all dancing leaflet hasn't worked as well as I'd hoped, in fact I got a better responce on my 'home made' ones.
However, I was happy with it and still am. There are some stock photo's on it which I don't like- some herbert in shorts- when i'm all about pro. So the point I'm making is, I wish I had more photos (like the ones ww won that competition with) so if the need arose I could put a leaflet togther easier.
Another thing I've thought about. I use a4 sticky back sheets to print my address on my payment envelopes .Using this method it would easy to stick a direct road/area, price/offer/quote on.Absolutely brilliant, the best leaflet I can ever remember seeing.
The best I ever saw was Ian ferguson's. And mine of course.

Scrap that, just your name on the back. and the pic on the front the same shape as the rest and will be spot on IMO

I think it looks good as well. If it's not too late though I would add on the back page somewhere that conservatory roofs, and the window above the roof can be cleaned as well. I know you have conservatories listed, but the prospective customer may be more tempted if they thought the conservatory roof, and the window above can be cleaned.

Very good leaflet.
Let us know how they get on for you...

I thought it was finished ?
I thought it was simple, you were listing services not benefits?
But you are going with Peter's benefit suggestions?
In that case, you might as well mention 8wks as this is more relevant to your target and your core business.
For the cost though, if you are not happy you can do some more. This is what I'm going to do.

mmmmmm its good.

Cleaning the conservatory roof is a service. He has a list of things he does, might as well list the things a traditional window cleaner would have trouble doing. The whole point is to attract new customers, you may as well talk about benefits as well.

Yes but the over roof window is a benefit.
The only benefit his leaflet lists is cleaning the frames and sills.
I could live with that, different approach, simplicity and all that. I don't like the reliable fully insured pro stuff myself as it's self referencing (I use the word pro as a fact, and have a pic of me that shouts reliable friendly and honest without having to say it)
I'm all for benefits. If he were to go the benefit route then 8wks is a huge benefit to larger property owners and fits his existing approach.
The classical approach to leaflets is to decide on a leaflet hierachy, and pick the most important benefits. He bypassed this and went for services, i'm not sure to what degree you can mix the two and retain clarity.
-
He does also state that he cleans all windows which would mean the window above the conservatory, I just thought it would be better to actually mention the conservatory roof, and the window above on the back where he lists the extra services he does, just in case the customer was wondering if these windows would be included.

Shouldn't that last line say "a last look to your house" instead of" for your house"
Arthur
-
to achieve a lasting fresher look for your house"
Is what it says. I don't know, when you have speech marks and are talking directly you are allowed a certain laxness. A newspaper quote for example does not ahve to be grammaticaly correct.
Want to see the back ?
-
;D ;D Just trying to help ;D
Yes, i'd love to see the back
Am i allowed to comment ;D

What about CRB(police checked) checked. That would add some weight to advertising.
I can't see how a hot system is a USP. Surely customers want clean windows by whatever means?
-
great leaflet. Very professional looking. I would be tempted to increase my price on quotes i received from that type of leaflet. If it's printed professionally of course and not on an ink jet.
-
looks good, nice and simple. should do the job
-
Where did you get the picture?
-
i really like them. :)
i think that you have done a great job and the wfp picture looks exellent
