My existing flow rate through pencil jets is one and a half litres per min.
Is this enough?
If I fit fan jets (without altering the pump pressure), will the flow rate go up or down?
What different sizes of pencil jet are there?
Has anyone moved their pencil jets so that they are at the extreme ends of the brush (so that the corners of the windows receive more water)?
Cheers everyone.

I use 2mm pencil jets & i prefere the position of the jets more towards the edges of the brush. I see some jetted just either side of the brush neck- totally useless IMO as you will get no flow at the edges. To give you an idea of my prefered flow rate, if you lay pole on ground with jets pointing upwards, the water would reach approx 18" high before tailing off.
P.S. i don't like fans.

Yes you would use less water, and the water you do use will be more effective.
