Ronnie,

Not sure what you are after with template for employee insurance, this is normally just an employers liability insurance certificate that you have to display in your place(s) of work.

I can send you a copy of our "Statement of Employment" for employees if that's any use.

Ian sorry to be a pain and probably start something that will run and run. But can you send me a copy of that statement please? I have done my employee letter of employment and would like to compare it. 2 heads are better than one!
