Title: Advice needed

Hi All
        Once again i need to employ someone to help with the work load, instead of paying an hourly rate this time, i was thinking of paying a % of the work they do each day, is anyone opperating his way, if so what would be a fair % to pay.   Michael D

% is the only way your keep them if there british,i would pay 40% + work completion bonus at the end of the week.
