I received my backpack, but upon filling it, it flooded my patio. Turned out the pump barb has come off during shipping, rendering the whole pump useless. I've got to buy a new one, but the only place I found it is cleaningspot.co.uk, which is still quite dear, at £64.63.
Any idea's where I can buy it cheaper?
Thanks.

why do you have to get a new one if its happend in shipping ?

My thoughts exactly. I would insist on a complete exchange. FOC

Oh yea, I'm getting a complete refund, which is fine, but still I want to have the cheapest pump you know.

get a wcw backpack and before anyone says they dont do spares they do , i think its a great bit of kit & cheaper than the shurflo , if you are getting a full refund why do you need the pump ??????????

Because I bought it from the US, which is like almost a £100 cheaper, and I can't be bothered to get a new one through the post again.
Yea, I wish somebody told me earlier that they did spares for the WCW backpack, I probably would have gone with that one, although that one doesn't have variable speed control.
Thanks anyway.
I had a looks at williams pump site, but they don't have it on their website.

Williamsons do. They dont have the pc board listed either but if you rinfg them they will get it for you.
They do every posible spare for the backpack.
