I would put your full name and address on the flier. It does make you seem a lot more honest and respectable.
I do it and loads of customers have commented on it. Think about it from their point of view, they don't know you, why should they trust you?

I Think your write about putting my name and address on them, What about small print at the bottom?
The flier is great. Simple to read and to the point. But definitely leave out the line in red because people just won't be pressurized into picking up the phone. Also it smacks of "I need the work...NOW!" But as I say the rest is great.
No no no no. I had this when I first started, I wasn't sure whether to put it on or not. In the end I didn't and when the threats from the brave men hiding behind hidden numbers started to tell me they would get me one dark night I was so glad my address wasn't on the leaflet. I don't think it hurt me in any way customer wise either.
