Post by: davep on May 03, 2008, 11:28:01 am
Does anyone use a CFR Perfect Heat machine, just wondering what they are like?

Had one for about 20 months Dave.
Found it very effective, matched up well with the Wonderwand.

Sold it in favour of the Scorpion (3 vacs as you know), and now I have got 2" hose and a 12" 4 jet wand that seems to be working well together I can say definately say the Scorpio is a better beast. Although if you want onboard heat then the CFR is very good with the 2 vacs plus heat.

Because it is CFR the pump needs servicing at prescibed intervals which is frequently.

The powrflite perfect heat is an excellent machine, no recycling of the water like its cfr sister, so no issues with the pump as said above. 500 psi and plenty of heat. Had one for two years, no problems with it . Still using it although now have a prowler--no comparison, a different beast altogether.

Cheers

Fred
