how do yo seperate the brush from the brush head the head has a 9 inch gooseneck followed by a bar on the brush its self ???

Pop the hose off of the jets and then I believe that you unscrew the jets from the bristle side.

the brush head and gooseneck is one complete unit that fits in the top of the pole, you should have a very small alan key to release it from the pole
easiest thing to do is get a bucket of pure water and stand your pole upside down in it
