I agree with that I have looked around and Nick is the cheapest by far

The last Sebo I bought a few months ago was from Woodbridge - £175 +vat

I heard an interesting tale yesterday. The Sebo type clones all have the body parts and plasics from the same company in Italy, and the various manufacturers install there own components. Whether or not these are from the same source I don't know. Has anyone else heard this tale?
BTW Dave, if they're on your doorstep, the Dry Fusion version (Columbus?) is £225.00.
Safe and happy cleaning :)

Try before you buy.
I've used the tvt36 at a demo and liked it with the turbo on but not off. Ive a Sebo and its good but not excellant.

PS. why do we complain customers wont pay our prices and then we search for the cheapest goods possible regardless of quality???????????????

Ken,
I've had a number of clones over the years (Ensign, Jeyes, Rekitt etc.) and they have all had the silver "Sebo" badge on the rear.
The Columbus machine you refered to has a higher brush speed than the Sebo and a similar vac motor.
