Hi all
Has anyone tried these two methods of obtaining work? Is it expensive to hire a marketing firm to do it for you?

Ive done telemarketing
Averaged Customer per 90 minute session
The problem is leggally you cannot phone best prospects as they are usually registered with Telephone Prefrence Service
Have also done door to door

Yip done it before on a previous company and the results wear poor, however I was just looking at it yesterday and may be doing something like it on commercial, got a couple of other ideas Im working on as well as biz is still slow.

I can imagine getting jobs and then the customer not being in when you go to clean.

You could always do what big companies do. Have something that your target market want so they ring up or write to you for it. ie enter a comp. or something you are giving away they want.
No one can stop you calling these people, they are probably well match prospects and they are not stone cold prospects either.
