I Have a outstanding Invoice since the 27th of dec last year with FAIRVIEW HOMES. Made milions of calls and get passed piller to post. So going there personally tommorow. Has anyone been here in the position before which im sure of you have.

They will probably only suffer interest charges if they are written in your T's & C's.

No, standard terms if not stated in T&Cs are 30 days.
