A few weeks ago I had a question on this forum with 2 photo with some real crap stains seeing if anyone could help.

Paul Moss who lives just up the road phoned me up and invited me over to his house to show me his methods of removing urine staining and browning etc from carpets, while I was there he also gave me loads of tips on cleaning leather, upholstery and carpets and even let me borrow one of his tools to try out.

How many of you would do this for your competition in your local area.

grates me he gets the poo he does given what he does for the industry.
