Window cleaning work required in Mansfield, Nottingham (north), Alfreton, Ripley and surrounding areas, has anyone out there any for sale please?

I'm considering selling my round
Duffield/Alestree    (just north of Derby)
approximately £1250 per month
about 70% WFP rest is trad           all domestic
some of it is compact     some a little scattered
majority of the round established 4 years
most are monthly         the rest are /6/8 week
I'm not asking a lot for it
