Hi all

I know this is not strictly a cleaning busines but I am selling my grounds maintenance business based in exmouth devon. There are approx 30 regular customers bringing in around £22000 per year. The work consists of several blocks of flats, a hotel. a large contract with housing association, and private customers. There is also one large communal cleaning contract and one small cleaning contract. The business also carries out a lot of one of cleaning and handyman jobs for a local letting agents. All cleaning and gardening equipment is included. This consists of mowers, strimmers, hand tools, hedge cutters, pressure washer, hoover and much much more. I am selling up as I have been self employed since leaving scholl and now wish to have a proper job. I have several interviews lined up so need a quick sale. Please note there is NO vehical included in this sale.

Asking price £7,000 ono

Id suggest this is a very good business to get into, provided, of course, retention is not a problem

This is a very good business to be in, but after 10 years of business I have got a bit bored
