I've set up my 300GPD RO, with pressure gauge, still flushing through the membranes, but the gauge after the pre filters says 100 PSI!! The needle isn't stuck either, now and then it moves a little tiny bit. Last time, quite some time ago, I just hooked up some pre filters and the gauge, and it was about 79 PSI.
Though still, I can pee 4x faster then the pure water is coming out, I'm gonna measure it in a minute. Will it increase when the membranes are flushed clean from that preserving chemical? :-[
I mean, I've got a shut off manifold fitted as well, but I don't see how that can up the pressure like that.
Luckiest person in the UK? 100 PSI, that's fantastic if really true, I know there is a water tower 5 min from here, but I thought they didn't use them any more.

105 psi from ours, we are at the bottom of a valley though. :)

them membranes will slow it down massively

Ah okay, it's not uncommon then. ;D
I thought most of the UK struggled to get to 70PSI. :)

Not bad I guess, I can fill my 400l tank up in about 13.5Hrs. Will have to do till I get a 4040. :)

My tap pressure is 140psi. I am in Scotland and our water board don't have to turn the pressure down, as we have plenty of water up here.

On a good day mine goes up to 35psi, on a bad day 25psi
Water companies only have to provide minimum 1barg pressure

yeah tell me about it, my house is up high so the water pressure is low - had to buy booster pump.
Peter where abouts are you?
