Starting to get calls now the blighters are back at school ! was getting a bit scary .When i am not busy i tend to ruminate over work and get myself in a bad mood,the calls i do get i think it`s evident in my voice that i am getting desperate to work,and a bit short tempered,which comes accross on the phone.
When i am positive on the phone and come accross that it`s not the end of the world if you don`t book me that`s the price take it or leave it i get booked...Recently there have been lot`s of c/c`ers putting out flyers with prices on that are hard to beleive like .20 per foot 3 piece fo £30 etc...Something that was upsetting how can i compete with that , i need to make a living.
Then thought about it all weekend if people are looking for mr cheap and want to risk their expensive carpets with a spray and go bait and switch merchant ,then they are not the people i want to be working for ! if they want someone who takes care and pride in what they do and works to the best of their ability and is a little bit more expensive and not in a rush to get to the next job ,then call me :)
