Any one used it to extract or as prespray, let me know what you think, as its a ph13.5 I have been told.

I use it all the time on heavily soiled areas as a pre spray and find the results excellent.
It is about the best i have come accross on restaurant carpets.
I have tried blitz, power burst, enzymes and various traffic lane cleaners but this stuff is the real deal.
Priced very well especially if you buy it in 25l drums.
Never had any issue with its ph level just go through the normal process of pre testing etc.

its 13.5 undiluted, but I think it drops the more you dilute it, have to get some Ph paper and check it
-
If I remember correctly, diluting does NOT reduce the ph value.............
-
At 13.5 this product in the wrong hands could cause serious damage. Especially for someone new to the trade.

unless Champion is buffered then the Ph will vary with dilution.
its good stuff.
I wouldn't worry about using it, if the carpet is so bad it warrants champion then the carpet has already been damaged by neglect
-
We use it a lot, had a pub carpet recently and presprayed using Blitz (my preferred prespray), no result, changed to champion and it came clean in one pass.
-
Going a little off topic but I have champion diluted in squirty bottles and use it all over the house as a cleaner. Its amazing for removing soap scum off shower screens and baths.
I've stopped buying all other cleaners as this stuff is so brilliant.

got to agree Shirl,
i was cleaning carpets at a health club last week, and the cleaners who do the everyday cleaning asked me if I had anything to clean tiles, as what they had been issues with was leaving a white haze on the changing room wall tiles. the tiles were a polished black and were cleaned every day.
Try this i suggested, " champion" and the results were brilliant, a quick wipe , a polish and they were gleaming.
I think they are onto their managment to source some :)

Never used it as a general cleaner, but will give it a go as it's as cheap if not cheaper than most general cleaners you can buy.
Because of the pH (13.5 undiluted) and it's classification as an irritant, it may be wise to wear gloves when using it though.

Absolutely, I would never use any cleaning solution without gloves.
I used to have every supermarket 'wonder spray' under my kitchen sink but Champion knocks the spots off the lot. Another thing I've noticed is that surfaces stay cleaner for longer. Its as if the soap scum cant adhere to surfaces quite so readily. ???
