sitting in front of my pc doing paperwork and mobile rings with unknown number. answer it and it's a customer saying that i was in her road and didn't clean her windows today, why?
i said, cos you still owe me 8 quid and i don't continue to clean unless customer has called and explained.
what i wanted to say is, why don't you f#*k off it's 11 o'clock at night!!!!!! >:(
whats the latest you've ever been called by a customer?

Dont you allow for 1 missed payment, around my way it gets added onto next payment but then thats it no more cleans if missed.

I allow 4 payments before i get worried.
Worst phone call 5.30 in the morning off a cleaning company.

for most customers i do allow it to build up to about 4 or 5 cleans. i haven't really told you the truth about this particular person, she is a nightmare, i'm not cleaning her anymore, i just want what is owed.
took a call one day saying that one of my blokes had smashed her window whilst cleaning it. so before i go round i call the guy across the road who i clean who i've known for quite a while. anyway he says knock at my house and tells me a few truths about her before i go over there. she is a proper neighbour from hell! (cant go into what he told me)
go over and she's screaming and shouting look at what he's done i need a new window and i need it now i'm freezing. (it was about 6 weeks ago when we had a hot spell down south)
look at the window and it was a double glazed fan light and was smashed from the inside and the outer pain of glass was still in tact. after loads of explaining and telling her it was impossible for us to break, she agreed and signed a letter i drafted saying we didn't cause damage ;)
THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER YOU WANT!!!!!!!
can I see that letter ?
