Firefox 0.91, 0.92 and 0.93 were released to fix security bugs .... its impossible to make a perfect anything frankly, anyone who is still using IE is nuts ..... and using IE without the newest version of IE installed (winxp/sp2) .... is looking for trouble, it is bad that M$ has basicaly stoped all security fixes for IE unless you are using winxp/sp2, so at this time the other 48% of the window users who are NOT using Window XP are screwed!!!!
To fall victim to such a scam, a Firefox user would have to click on a link in an email that pointed to a spoofed Web site and then download malware from the site, something I would avoid anyway.
Actually, I would not be surprise to see a 1.01 release soon to fix this problem (mid Jan??) or maybe they will decide to wait until firefox 1.1 is released in march ....
Also, if you read a little more from those folks ... IE still has the largest number of security bugs that are still waiting for M$ to fix, even if you are using IE with winxp/sp2 ....
IE6 ---- Currently, 21 out of 75 Secunia advisories, is marked as "Unpatched" in the Secunia database.
firefox 1.0 ---- Currently, 4 out of 5 Secunia advisories, is marked as "Unpatched" in the Secunia database.

I've been using it a few weeks. I like the tabs and adding extensions as you want (although I can't get the bandwidth tester to work for love nor money!)
Do you use Thunderbird for e-mail? Can't say I like that as much.

Suddenly came to me while walking the dog, Windows firewall! Works fine now.
