a couple of weeks ago i spent several hours t-cutting and polishing the flat red paint on my tired old scudo,preparation for some low cost high impact signage :)
it came up pretty good with a bit of work,and a bit of wire brushing on the wheels and some cheap wheel trims really tarted it up a treat. Last week i picked it up from the signs man and i was well chuffed ,bright blue on red really stood out and a good price ;)
Last job today an old couple he is 92 she 89,its a big house and they are minted
just about to pack up and she hobbles round the corner...."i am so sorry mr thorpe but i think i may have dented your van while i was backing the car out"
"really?" i said "i am sure it will be nothing"
how wrong can you be ??? ??? ::) ::)
i dont know how she managed it but she backed her car out of the garage in a straight line for 25 / 30 yards...right into the side of my scudo, crushing the open side door against the body of the van :o
bottom line is she is paying for all damage /new signs etc,all arranged before i left with local garage
at least it still drives and the other door works :) could have been worse

How much did it cost to sign it up ?
cant say ;D that was part of deal
lwc my van is nothing like as good a design as yours but it does the job :)
the other prob is mine is a respray so matching the colour could be a pain
wonder if she can afford a full re-spray ;D ;D ;D

lucky for you she came clean, the guys that hit my side door a few weeks back sped off rather quickly ::) mind you they had just reversed through a shop front in an attempt to pinch the cash machine :o
