Some do, but the jury's still out on it. It's not been really tried and tested long term. Some swear by it others can't see the difference. There's another post going on here at the moment. I've used it in a different industry and was glad to get away from it. It might help but i would doubt it was a major breakthrough because pure water works on it's own anyway.

I didn't vote as i only started using it yesterday.

On the builders clean i was doing it done a blinding job and the windows really shined.
Used it today on traditional but it didn't seem to make any differance on a monthly clean.
Can't say if the windows i did today look any shinier as they were still wet when i left them.
