Title: CALLING ALL TURKEY MUNCHERS!! - POLES??

Hope you all had or are having a  nice break !! Just got a quick question for you all
 
I need to buy a pole and can't make up my mind between a glass fibre or power pole? need about 30ftpole.
 
Are they the same weight?
can you use the power pole at different lengths?(ie buy a big one and shorten it as needed?
which is most durable and robust?
 
Which would you guy's recomend?

PS I have applied that DIY speedliner today, looks good had a few probs at first but I think it went ok !! I'll post some pics and give you a full rundown tomorrow.

I got an Omnipole in blue aluminium, 24 ft...good enough for most domestic work...reaches third floor.......and a little one for conservatories/bungalows/static caravans and the like...though I have extended the pipework on them to 35 metres.....but that's just so I don't have to keep getting the trolley out of the van.
