What's the most useful sizes how many do you carry?
-
14 inch and only 1
-
I use a 12 for most stuff, but in my opinion, you also need a smaller one, as a 12 and a 14 wont fit in all top lights and small windows.
Also for larger windows like shops, the bigger the better really!

14" and 18" does all my trad work and always has done

8" and 14"
Its amazing how many panes of glass (top openers and door glass) are exactly 8" wide!
-
10" and 14" and a cutdown one about 4" called the titchy.
-
12" and 18" ;)
-
I've got 18" 12" 10" 6" a couple of smaller ones that I've Cut down.

Could do with a 14 and 18 but mainly do wfp so no urgency.

6" 10" & 14"

Do you just change your stroke from vertical to horizontal if you have a narrow window or do you change squeegee size?
-
8 14 18 inch wagtail flippers
-
12 and 6 inch only
aint used the 6 inch for over a year tho
(story of my life ::))
-
ive got 22" 18" 16" 12" but only realy use 12" and 18"on shops when not wfp 22" just can not get the nack of ;)
-
I use 22" and 18" on most of my shops. I did have a 30" allumax but I cut it down to 22" cos it was just too big to use on anything but the biggest panes.
16" , 14", 12", 10" and 4" to cover the rest.
12" and 14" seem to be the favourites for domestics....when I'm not using the water fed!

dont you find that with 22"you have to go slower or is it me just not used to it
-
;D 12 incher ;D :o ::) :-*
-
14", 12" & 6"
I only use the 14" and the 6" though
-
Dont think I have to work slower with a 22. If I do work slower its made up by the fact that more glass is being cleaned with each pass.
22 just feels better on big shop windows. Using an 18 on a big shop sometimes feels like using a 6 on a patio door!
-
12" :D

Hi,
I always have a hacksaw in boot to cut channel to size if needed.

I always had an 8 inch for fan lights and then I either carried a 14 or 16 inch depending on what the houses were like. I had to get up a ladder first time in ages yesterday to do a bit of a builders clean still fast, like riding a bike.
