Title: EOT question

Hi just wondering with end of tenancy cleaning, are you expected to have all the similar sort of things as with builders clean, ie health and safety, etc etc .. i have insurance and just wondering if that enough to approach local estate agents about recommending moving in/out cleans/eot cleans etc.. thanks!

I would presume you will need all H&S documents and so forth as in deed for all services you in tend to supply, a quick phone call to your insurance people will also help, ask them about any extra cover they think you may or may not need.
