Get a lance and a decent pressure washer, I'm not sure if your small karcher will do the Job.

Anything over 24 ft use an Omnipole Power wash pole for pressure washing. Plenty of accessories to go with this pole. Heavy for constant WFP use but comes into it's own class when used as a long reach pressure washing pole for guttering up to 36 or possibly even 48ft although a 2man team is recommended after 30ft in height.

i have got a 13hp pressure washer and have done fascias in the past . in my opinion the wfp has given me a better result and a lot less hassle . you just have to wipe with a dry brush afterwards to stop the water marks . comes up great.

If you want a cheap pressure washer and you got a macro card they are doing a 6.5hp petrol pressure washer which does 8L per min and has a working of 150bar (200 bar max) on offer for £129.99 not top of the range granted but still twice the power of the average karcher domestic washer and a commercial unit.

Thanks for all the feed back, bit the bullet and bought a new pressure washer and teloscopic lance this morning (as I need for Monday).
