Hi all
After trying my new solution pump for the first time today I was wondering what I can do to keep it performing at the level it does when it is new.
Its just seems that the power of the last pump faded very quickly, the difference today was amazing.
Cheers
Neil

put in your solution tank just cold water and flush thru the system/pump to remove chems/solutions........this will help stop scale/scum building up in the pump
did this with my shurflo and it lasted me 2 yrs.... :o :o

2 years part time, is no where near the use it would get full time. If I got 9 months out of mine when I was a porty operator, I thought I had done well with it.

Did you upgrade to a 200psi or would it not fit?
-
Would not fit, but I am looking into Truckmount now aswell so it will be a good back up machine.
I think the 135psi is good so cant wait to see how much more power you can get from the 200 and 600psi machines.
I like my advantage and it has never let me down, I would like more power now though so need a truckmount because I am pushing commercial as I see this as the way forward to make things alot easier.

Neil, you can buy a Stinger induction pump 500 psi adjustable they last forever and when the finally go, all parts are replaceable from a service kit for about forty quid! I sqeezed one into my Ninja ! what a differance in performance !
