Been doing this regular £15 call for over 2 years now and tonight I ring her to let her know I’m round tomorrow and to leave gate open and she says “leave it for now as I’ve found another w/c who’s going to do it cheaper but I will call you in a while if it don’t work out”
Guess what my reply was?

f u would be mine

Guess what my reply was?
"Oh really?, I'll do it for a tenner if you stay with me."
Then you rushed round with a box of chocolates as a thank you ... ;D

f u would be mine
that's what i wanted to say but my good upbringing would not allow me to ;D

At least she was honest, when ever someone finds a cheaper wc the normal reply is I've decided to do it myself for a while, or some other lie.
If you have to ring for her to open the gate chances are the new one won't last long and ou can go back in at £20. ;D

"Certainly Madam, you're quite at liberty to try out a cheaper alternative but should you find this alternative not to your satisfaction then feel free to contact me to resume our prior arrangement."

however if another customer wants a regular clean then i may not be able to put you back on my books unless i increase the price by 25% . they usualy change there mind ;D

dont bother

or maybe she's having money probs and just being totally honest with you.

I'd ask what the new price was and then undercut it. When the next cleacame round I would call or even go. Then when she finally calls me to ask where I am I would say "Sorry. don't need your house as I have found a customer who will may me more. Thank you for your custom".... Turn the tables.... :D
I know they are customers and so able to to which ever WC they like but if they have had a loyal service from you then a bit of loyalty in return would be nice.
Regards
Mr H

In the event that it did not work out...why not take her back?, sounds as if she has been an ok custy...so she is sowing her w/c wild oats for a while...when she has finished....take her back and up the price.. ;D
Cheers
Dave.

i like that idea mr h
what i said to her was,
when the weather turns cold and he don't turn up, don't bother me because by that time this job will be replaced and wait for it,
today in the same area i got 2 more jobs, 1 @ £10 and the other @ £15
so if my maths is correct i'm actually £10 better off :D
