Title: What would you Charge

Hi all

I priced a job the other week they wanted three visits per week 1 half hrs per visit. I said we don't charge per hr we charge per visit and work to a specification he said that was fine. We quoted £65.00 and we didn’t get it. Whoever did must be charging peanuts and you know what you get for peanuts.

What do you think of that price.

          is the total price £65 before VAT or after VAT?

What makes you think you lost it on price?

Price isn't the only factor they consider.

hi Fred

           The price seems just right for your area - never drop your price or standards because sooner or later they'll be back and they'll accept your price. As I always say '' you pay for what you get and if you want the best you pay a little more '' - you might want to say this on any price ups you do. At least it will make them think before going cheap.

The company returned my email today and they said my quote was the best so far !surprise! :o

I was to eager to say we didn’t get the job. I just hope we weren’t to cheap.
