Title: Alex's Brush
Post by: frames to panes on April 01, 2008, 05:22:51 pm
Alex, any pics yet? I have been re-jetting my brushes to a wider position, just wondering how far apart the jets will be on the new one.

The jets are positioned at exactly 1/4 position and 3/4 position on the width of the brush.  The brush is 260 mm wide, therefore the jet holes are 65 mm in from either side, with 130 mm between them.  This distance should give a perfectly even coverage of water over the entire width of the brush from just two jets.

No pics yet I'm afraid.

Hi Gary

Originally we were having this made in China. This proved to be such a time consuming option that after six wasted months we switched to an English factory with a slightly different design (for manufacturing simplicity). This new firm originally promised us that the batch would be ready by the end of March but due to their work load, have been unable to fulfill that.  Hence, we are now looking at an April delivery date.  Oh, if only life were simple.  :)
