This is PDS Cleaning Services. They've been going since 1981 and specialise in canvassing up work which they then sell on. They offer all sorts of guarantees as to how much you will turnover and they will replace any work lost within the first couple of months etc. etc.
Their prices are four times the monthly face value of the work, i.e. £400/month would cost £1,600 and £4.000/month would be £16,000.

PDS are fine, Pat the owner would not invite people to his house if he was ripping people off, he is ok he charges 4x and replaces work if there is a problem this is a canvassed round not a long term one.
Still worth the money 4 month paid for business name another trade that does the same
