Title: What would you charge to do this?

I have been called into quote on 13 Entrance’s and stairways and landings in 13 separate apartment blocks. The carpet is low profile 12 months old lightly soiled.
They consist of an entrance 233 sq ft 13 steps to the first floor landing 149 sq ft then 13 steps to second floor landing again 149 sq ft.
Or put another way counting the entrance and both landings there is 531 sq ft on the level and 2 stair cases of 13 steps totalling 26 in all. They are all on the same site, no travelling involved from one to the other. 
 I can either HWE with a T/mount or pad clean, either way it will be a 2 man team

Any help with this will be gratefully received.

P.S yes Shaun I did go out to look at this :-\

Hi Dave,

Hope all is well with yourself  the family.  Have done loads of this type of work and apply the same to all as shown below however if the stairs do not have the risers then quote 75p less for each step.

Entrance 21.65sqm @ £2.50sqm = £54.13
1st floor 13.84sqm @ £2.50sqm = £34.60
2nd floor 13.84sqm @ £2.50sqm = £34.60
staircase 1 13 steps @ £2.85each = £37.05
staircase 2 13 steps @ £2.85each = £37.05

I do a lot of these always time taken (I suppose you could call them apartments I call them flats don’t forget the spin off residents may ask you do you clean carpets offer a discount as you are there) I would go in at £90/£100 each if local to me but if I had to travel say to Crystal Palace it would be £125 each, don’t put your invoice in to quickly, give it a week. ;)
