hi all, as anyone got a letter or a template letter i could use to send to estate agents to advertise power washing and to ask if they can reconmend us.

Mark,
Don't waste time sending a letter, go into estate agents with your portfollio and sell yourself that way, tried it and it does work,  only sometimes though, you have to remember that they sell property and don't always see the bigger picture.

Give them a big pile of your professionally looking leaflets and ask if they can include them in their "welcome packs" for new buyers.

Works well for us.
