Title: Using the host vacuum system
Post by: mark_roberts on December 20, 2004, 03:20:52 pm
I remember seeing a host machine with a vacuum system attached to it.  Has anyone ever used this and how did it compare to a normal upright ie. Sebo.

Just thinking it would be easier to carry one machine into the house instead of two.

thanks
Mark

The Host machine you are talking about is the Host Freestyle which is about 2600+vat I find it vacuums alot better than a sebo but i think that is down to the brushes on the host machine (http://www.hostcarpetcleaning.com/freestyle.jpg)

Mark,

I had the same thoughts a while back but decided to stick to the separate units for domestic work as they are more controllable in confined spaces, a lot lighter and the Sebo BS36 will reach under low furniture that may not be moved. I do, however, agree with Steves comments

If I need to bully a carpet, I use the Chemspec Pile Lifter  :D
