i carnt get my head round some people, i lost a customer who was great at 1st, ( tea and chocs est) but i wasnt bothered as it was my fault as the backs were just to hard to get at so she found another cleaner, anyway after a while he started to leave the backs also and because we got on ok and i done a better job she eventually got round to asking me to return as she had sacked him, so i gave it a few weeks breather and against all my "never take a old cuctomer back rule" i agreed.........
friday when collecting ive never caught her for 3 cleans and me and my son always collect every 2 weeks on the dot...............
wife............ can you call on a friday as i dont want the money to build up.............
me..............i do call on a friday and always have done , the last time we caught you in you you said next time
wife.............yes your son knocked so hard i got out of the bath and i wasnt very happy.
me ....... ??? ???
wife...... ::)
me....... ok lets just leave your windows next time as it just not worth the hassle

As you pulled up outside her house, your psychic ability told you that she was in the bath. I would tell this one that it's cheque in the post or no clean. Personally, I wouldn't mind if she chose the latter.

Just in the process of telling custys no more collecting. Cheque in post, online via my website or bank transfer. Gives them enough options I think. Collecting just isn't cost effective now.
Will only clean once before receiving payment. Will suspend service until receive as nobody benefits from bill growing.

i'v been doing sae and onlinepayment for 14 mnths , it works , but some weeks you can have cashflow problems....i think on condensed work it's better to collect....i am reverting back to collecting on most of my work as it's mostly quite local....10 mins drive...i will still leave ebvelopes on some of my work.....

i dumped one in november he pulled up in his car today and was shocked i had given his place to somone else !
strike 1 = not this month im decorating the bedroom
strike 2 = not this month i cant be bothered to move the car my daughter is in hospital
his reply when i explained " so i cancelled twice so what i'll do them myself"
