notice people are selling pure water systems on ebay and calling them "reach & wash", but obviously not from Ionics.
Should they be calling them "reach & wash"?
Isn't this a trademark of Ionics?
-
i am sure i have read that craig enforces the trademark aswell
though, its alot like a Hoover isnt it
-
I think if you use some of the equipment then its ok to use the words. But i am sure Craig will put us all right on that matter when he see's this thread.
Got to say i do see the word alot of window cleaners website's.

out of interest, did you change your logo (the man with brush) becaue it looked like the ionics man ??? ?? ?? ?? ??
-
Well when my website was redo they took a picture of me cleaning and made that into a drawing, i then resized this to add as the picture you now see.
As for the other one i dont think it looked anything like the Ionic's one, it did look more like Face Lifts than anything, but that was not the reason for changing it, the new one looked more Pro.

That is one of the early design, cant find the others thou.

I have an ionic pole, can i use the trade mark please 8)
-
Think everyones gone out partying, use it on the pole but ask Craigs permission anywhere else.
-
Reach & Wash System trade mark can be used, if promoting or selling a genuine Reach & Wash system. (with permission)
If you are just using a Ionic waterfed pole, it dosn't give you the right to use trade marks, if you require any further clarification on this subject, please mail either reuben@ionicsystems.com or Craig@ionicsystems.com
The misleading adverts for waterfed pole systems on E-BAY have been revised by sellers.
Thankyou for bringing it to our attention.
Seasons greetings
