Post by: stevegunn on March 21, 2008, 08:36:43 am
Been given a pass out for the weekend Sunderland are playing Fulham on the Saturday so need a hotel  or B & B near that area so I can travel to Wolverhampton on the Sunday. Can anyone suggest the best place within easy reach of Fulham to stay with car parking for van?

Look up somewhere in Putney Steve. Tis just South of River so will be a bit cheaper and more likely to have parking. 5 Min bus journey or you could walk

Not really Steve

Try this one. about 10-15 min walk to Fulham Ground and about as cheap as you'll find in that part of London

There is Premier Travelodge at Putney Bridge, B&Bs in Munster Road, Lillie Road, or in Hammersmith .........  all within 15 minute walk.

Sadly gave key back to customer last weekend for their flat in River Gardens ................. right next door and overlooks ground ...... even got permit for parking there now  :)

Lady who runs hotelstrakercleaning.com only just allows one bald carpet cleaner to stay  :-[

W2/W1 border is about 30-40 minutes in motor on match day or slightly less on tube with walk from Hammersmith or Putney Bridge stations.
Look in W6, W14, SW15 or SW6  ;D
