I've just got a Partner, and currently carrying 13 barrels of water, trolley, Ladders, A frame, and other bits and bobs.  I have to say I'm very impressed.

Ok, it's the 1.9 and bit sluggish on the hills, but handles ok, and pulls smoothly.

Yeh, I reckon there fine for a small set up. :)

Hi there,

I've got a 96 berlingo with 600kg pay load, I've got 250 liter tank but also carry 3 sets of ladders and all the other bits and bobs, I'd agree with gofish it's not to quick but then I've not got a turbo diesel.

I too use a berlingo.

Carries...
12 25ltr barrels of water, trolley system, 35ft pole (7ft folded), bucket and trad gear, stepladders, extension ladder on roofrack.

no problems at all...
