I get a little jumpy at 010, thats when I change them all. I have used up to 030 with no problems (it was a mistake with contaminated barrels.
I don't like to contaminate my equipment with more than 010!

Finished the day on Friday and sorting the van out i checked my tds, 39!!! :o

I started to worry about the phone ringing from customers so i did a quick clean on my own windows to see how they would turn out. no problems at all ???

Still no phone calls so fingers crossed.

Moral of this story is don't be lazy git like me and check the water before you go out not when you get back ;D

Wayne

P.S I normally work up to around 3 tds then change my resin

Five litres lasts me six months so i thought i had a month left, forgetting i have had far more work than a year ago ::) so it's reading 002 and i've got loads of work for tomorrow and the next day. Having seen the figures on here i could probably dispense
with the resin vessel altogether if nessesary (006) out of ro?

Keep it at 000 and then you can forget about spotting from water

I always try to stick to 000,.. but I had a problem with an inline TDS meter a while back, and when I checked it with the handheld after 3 weeks (I thought the resin was lasting ages in the little 10" cartridge!) it was reading 022!!! No complaints though,... but I reckon the showery weather saved me,.. custies prob blamed spots on the rain!!!

 ;D ;D
