what is the best submersible transfer pump that i can put in my van prefer a switched one is this possible ? thanks for replies, jay.

you'll need a 12v pump then, gardiners sell them.

I think they are 50lpm

Do a Google for "bilge pump"

Marine stores have a vast choice, from as little as £7.50

As for switched, you can do this to any pump, just put a simple toggle or rocker switch in the live feed.
