Title: Anybody tried young start or similar for new employees

I need to employ somebody extra soon, but, wondering if anybody used any of the new start from connexons or similar.

It would be a full time job after a set period of time with good pay, but at moment things tight but somedays you need that extra help, so i thought this would be good way of starting someone.

Everybody should employ a teenager, while they still know everything  ;)
