Title: Best Lightest Pole
Post by: robbie14000 on March 13, 2008, 05:18:05 pm
What are the best poles out there for high level work.
Having a lot of problems with back and shoulder (pins in it) which I think is from doing high level work.
Been looking at the super-lite 50 - 60 foot
Thanks Robbie

Has to be a Superlight 2 with your condition - you can't get anything as light or strong for the same price.

You need to find out what it is thats causing you the pain. (pins and hot)  :-\
The emporium and the S2 c/f will help but I thjink its the RSI action itself, I still get it but you need to get pro help- now.

Did two first cleans today and two conservatories as well as a few others, have a burning sensation across my shoulders now so i know which muscles get a workout. I have found a definate change in shape since starting wfp last year my shoulders have packed on extra bulk. Unfortunately so has my waist!
